Processing Time

  • Walking Accessories: We aim to dispatch walking accessories within 1-2 working days.
  • Custom Items (Pom Pom Necklaces, Resin ID Tags): Custom items are made to order. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. Resin ID tags may take up to 8 working days to prepare.
  • If your order contains both custom and non-custom items (e.g., a harness and an ID tag), the processing time will be up to 8 days, as everything will be shipped together.

If your order is time-sensitive or you need it delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

We use An Post to ship all orders.

  • Free Shipping:
    • Within Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland): Free shipping on orders over €40
    • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over €80
    • The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping depends on the weight and destination of your order.
    • Standard Post (without tracking)
    • Registered / Express Post (with tracking): Available for most countries. Some countries only offer this method due to high instances of lost packages.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. Please note that Mylo and Mas Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
